Timberloft Cabin

Walking into Timberloft you immediately are taken aback by the great room's soaring tongue and groove ceilings and expanses of vaulted windows overlooking a beautiful back yard and then out into the untouched forest. Tiled throughout, the great room stays cool in the summer, and the radiant in-floor heating along with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace keep it cozy all winter. A stunning rough-cut log beam spans the width of the house, combined with over-sized wood trim and rustic decor to show the mountain character of this amazing cabin. When the french doors swing open to the untouched forest beyond, you are sure to feel like you are in your own private mountain oasis.

The rustic-yet-modern kitchen has beautifully crafted Alder wood cabinetry and sleek black granite counter tops. With stylish stainless steel appliances and all of the accouterments, this chef's kitchen is a joy to cook in. With dining area seating for 8, the group can enjoy a wonderful meal together in this open and comfortable space.

As you meander to the downstairs sleeping quarters, you find the beautiful Master bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable lounge chair, and private bathroom with dual sinks. Across the hall is the queen guest bedroom, and a separate bath with walk-in shower.

Making your way up to the loft living and sleeping area, you'll find a comfortable open space with plenty of seating, and a smart TV perfect for those movie nights! There are two twin bedrooms along with two pull-out trundles to making a comfortable place for four to sleep. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the loft as well.

Just minutes from I-17 and I-40, and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, the Timberloft Cabin is the perfect home base for all of Flagstaff's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick forty minute drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. Grand Canyon is a short drive North, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.

  Cute house with easy rental experience. Fenced yard perfect for our dogs though wish backyard gate locks could be unlocked by guests. We loved the uncrowded hiking/biking trails just behind the house and even a pond for our water-loving dogs to swim!

  Dogs loved the back yard. The house is beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable and there is a great table inside for family game night. If you plan on cooking bring your own spices as there is nothing there but salt and pepper. Rest of kitchen has good pans, pots, dishes etc. We really enjoyed ourselves. Having the forest right behind us was great. There is no air conditioning, which normally wouldn't be needed, but this week it was. It cooled down a lot at night so sleep was good. Quiet neighborhood.

  We had such a nice time staying at this cabin. There is only one TV in the loft, so if you are needing rest and relaxation, this is your place! Nice accommodations, they thought of everything.   The home was nice. One issue we found was that the macerator for the septic ran constantly and made a low level hum. It made going out back and relaxing a little unpleasant.
  
  The one other issue was that we had a 91 yr old with us who couldn't go upstairs to watch TV. It would be nice to add a second TV downstairs in the living area.

  Fantastic! Cabin and property were exactly as described. Neat, clean and decorated very nicely. Good response and customer service from management when I had a couple questions. No problems. Would definitely recommend staying here (and already have). I rented this particular cabin because of the great fenced backyard for my dogs. Also, it looks directly out onto the national forest, which is really beautiful! Peace and quiet and walking in nature were the highlights for me.

  This is a lovely home designed to be able to look out at the national forest from the house & yard. The finishes are really good and the space outside & inside is easy to enjoy.   Our family enjoyed our stay at your cabin while visiting Flagstaff and the surrounding area! The cabin was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and forest behind us were beautiful and we enjoyed spending time outside and exploring the pine forest. Our two children stayed in the loft area and were happy to have their own space, although it is difficult to keep the noise down as the loft is open to the main living area. This would not be ideal for small children who need quiet to sleep. Another small inconvenience is the lack of clothing storage in the bedrooms. There are no drawers or shelves to unpack clothing and we needed to live out of our suitcase for the week we stayed. This would not deter me from staying again, but a dresser of shelves for guests to use would make the experience more comfortable.

  My family had a really fun stay at the Timberloft Cabin. Everything was as described when we arrived. The cabin is close to town, but you feel like you are out in the forest as the backyard backs up to a forest. We enjoyed the backyard, playing paddle ball and grilling out. The beds were comfortable and the loft was a great gathering place for games. The management company was great to work with. I would highly recommend this rental.

  We arrived and everything was simple. The person who oversees the house was kind too. We did find some disturbing left overs from the last guest . A couple of carport stains that look like they had not been cleaned.
  
  We bagged all our garbages up. When putting then in the container out front, we noticed a bunch of loose garbage in the cans.
  Cleaned up the back yard of any messes and made sure we put all towels in the washer and started it as we left.
  I wasn’t comfortable about someone ( a random person) stopping by with no notice and interrupted us telling us they needed to look at the bbq to fix it.
  We were uncomfortable being on vacation , having a stranger just walk into the property with no notice.
  We were not told it was broken either.
  The cabin itself is super charming.
  I’d just try to get the cleaning crew to do a better job or possibly find a new one.
  I did read quite a few reviews regarding the cleaning not being so good.
  I’d also recommend that if you need someone to enter the property while others are staying there, to make sure to contact them and see if they are comfortable with it.
  I do take pictures of where we stay at the beginning as well as taking pictures when we leave.
  We did enjoy staying there though.
  Like i said, cabin is cute, area is charming, and one 15 mins to Flagstaff.
  The cleaning and someone stopping by is not a deal breaker for vacations.
  This is just some feed back.
  Our biggest concern is that we were not refunded our deposit and we stayed there a moth ago.
  I did not notice till a few days back due to my husband being in the hospital with stage 4 cancer issues.
  I will contact VRBO today to address that issue.

  This little cabin is SO well appointed, maintained and managed! Everything was clean and cutely done. We really appreciated that EVERYTHING was labeled, from the doggie bag drawer to the light switches and the key to the back gate.   Although the cabin was smaller than anticipated, it is well done and very clean. The fenced yard was fabulous and much appreciated for the dogs. I have never rented a place where the entire amount was due upfront without some kind of refund plan if an emergency arose a month or more before the trip. Was very surprised that 3% is deducted when refunding the security deposit with all of the other fees paid.
